Created a database to track the progress of 21 shots from rough animation, to clean, to colored, to shaded.
Assigned priority and difficulty ratings to help distribute the workload in each week evenly. I made sure the high priority shots that were essential to the story were completed first.
I planned ahead in the weekly schedule to accommodate special events like attending Lightbox and Thanksgiving when I would have less time to work due to travel.
Included a labeled storyboard list to show the shot number and corresponding storyboard
Created a color key reference for how to color each scene consistently
Made and animation guide describing brush specifications for consistent line art and animation style
Innovative Design: Member Recruitment
As president of UC Berkeley’s on-campus creative agency, I organized recruitment for 13 total teams in 3 disciplines: graphic design, photography, and web design using an Airtable database.
Received ~300 total applications for ~100 open member spots
Ensured that each application received an acceptance or rejection email from every team they applied too
Innovative Design: VP Marketing
Managed the production and creative direction of 4 marketing campaigns throughout the semester
Assigned work and tracked deadlines for an 8 member team
Created style guides to ensure quality and consistency of assets within campaigns
Gathered and organized references within style guides and mood boards
Ordered and printed physical products (flyers, posters, stickers, tote bags, etc.) well in advance of the events they were required for
Scheduled weekly meetings and created agendas
