I created this video from scratch, so I was responsible for all aspects of the production.

I started by sketching out my ghost characters and shot ideas. I went through many iterations of character styles and shots. These sketches served as my character reference sheets and storyboards.

Before moving on to animation, I created a clay model and blender reference for my main ghost character.

Using the model as reference, I moved on to rough animation.

After rough animation, I tested out different color schemes inspired by the concert lighting at Wallice and Tiffany Day’s shows. After deciding on a color palette and lighting, I created a style guide to ensure my coloring and rendering was consistent across shots.

Then, I rendered my shots and composited in After effects.
